18% buyer fee, 3% discount for cash payment (cash not checks) at pick up, local check with ID, credit cards
There is no shipping at this auction unless arranged by you to include pick up
during pick up sessions, packing and transport.

LOAD OUT REQUIREMENTS:
Items requiring demolition, salvage, disconnection to Gas, Electrical,
or Plumbing will require coordination with Rigger, and possible
liability waiver and certificate of
Removal may be done by you with liability waiver and certificate of
insurance, or RIGGING PROVIDED BY Full Spectrum Construction, LLC. For
loading/removal prices, please contact: Jeff at 414-418-5554. Items
requiring demolition, salvage, disconnection to Gas, Electrical, or
Plumbing will require coordination with Rigger.
ALL RIGGING MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR May 5th-7th. ANY ITEMS LEFT ONSITE
BEYOND MAY 7th MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL HANDLING FEES OR FORFEITURE.
All lots must be removed within the time posted (MAY 3rd - MAY 7th).
Removal of all items shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the
purchaser and in a manner approved by auctioneer. If for any reason the
purchaser fails to remove any lot within the time specified, the lot
shall be deemed abandoned, and the purchasers card on file will be
charged for the item(s), applicable sales tax and buyers fees.
Auctioneer may then re-sell or remove item(s) from auction site.
Prior to the commencement of any dismantling, rigging or cutting or any
operation affecting buildings or land, purchaser shall furnish
certificates satisfactory to auctioneer, holding auctioneer harmless
from any claims concerning damage or injury to persons or property
arising out of any such acts. All equipment used in connection with
removal shall itself be removed with the purchased lots. No lots may me
removed until the conclusion of the auction and until all goods
purchased are paid for in full.
